Firetech Dry Risers have recently been appointed to carry out the decommission of installation of 6x new Dry Riser systems in Jersey for a new client.

Scope of works- Rip out all existing Pipework horizontally and vertically as current screwed system had been installed incorrectly, with most joints leaking causing the system to be non-operational. The overall view was that the most cost effective way was to Install 6 new systems, compromising of 37 floors vertically and approximately 300 metres of pipework. On successful completion fully commission to BS9990-2015. This large development on the beach front in Jersey will be fully protected by systems that are fit for purpose and will assist the fire brigade if ever called upon.
