The Observer Building, Hastings

Built in 1924 this iconic building in Hastings has recently been transformed into a mixed used community facility including rented offices, apartments, and a roof bar/terrace. We installed 2x Dry Riser systems with outlet valves on each floor and inlet breaching valves at street level. On successful completion the systems where pressure tested to 12 Bar water for 15 minutes as per BS9990-2015.
